Quality Tutoring Services

We are committed to providing a high Quality Tutoring Service.  We will provide the best possible tutoring, to focus on specific learning needs to cater for all individuals.

• The Learning Bear is committed to attend ongoing training to improve our tutoring skills.
• The Learning Bear will provide students/families with regular verbal progress reports, at the end of a tutoring session, so that you can keep track of your child’s learning progress.
• The Learning Bear will seek feedback from parents and students to improve our services.

One-on-one Tutorials are highly recommended for students who are struggling with Literacy and Numeracy.  Lessons will be tailored to suit individual learning for students needs.

Relationships between Tutors and Students

The Learning Bear will treat ALL students with respect, courtesy, trust and empathy in a non-judgemental manner, recognising each student's unique qualities, differing needs and circumstances as individuals.

Approaching all tutoring in a professional, business like manner, being punctual and courteous at all times to ALL students and parent/s.

We will not accept any additional benefit or advantages (apart from the stated tutoring fee) from any student or their family, either directly or indirectly.

CANCELLATION of a Learning session

PLEASE NOTE:  Parents/Guardians/Students are required to contact The Learning Bear prior to a Learning Session time if unable to attend.  The session fee will be charged failing to do so.

Parents of students are responsible to reschedule the missed lesson by contacting The Learning Bear.  The Learning Bear will then reschedule the lesson in an appropriate time frame.
